Welcome to The Glow Co. Salon Policies: At The Glow Co. Beauty Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies: 1. Appointments • Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for clients to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. ( all clients must have an active card on file) • Cancellations: I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit also if you’re an existing client and cancel or reschedule with less notice than 48 hours your card will be charged 100% of the service fee that is listed for the service that you picked! ( if you fail to comply with my policies, you will be banned from booking! ) • No-shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% and may be required to prepay for future appointments. 2. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. I know sometimes I might be running behind and I will try to make it to a point to message u in advance and give you a notice as well! Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted to fit the remaining time or may need to reschedule, resulting in the loss of the deposit. 3. Sanitation & Safety • I prioritize the cleanliness of our tools and workspaces by adhering to strict sanitation protocols. • Services will not be provided to individuals with open wounds, contagious conditions, or visible infections to ensure the safety of all clients and staff. 4. Payment & Pricing • Payment is due in full at the time of service. I accept Card , Cash , & Zelle • Prices are subject to change and will be discussed before services begin. 5. Nail Art & Repairs • For custom nail art, please provide inspiration photos during booking to ensure adequate time is reserved. • Nail repairs are guaranteed for 3 days after the service, free of charge if caused by salon error. After this period, repairs will incur a $5 fee each nail repair! 6. Guest & Child Policy For safety and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, I kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children or extra guests to their appointments. 7. Behavior & Respect I have aim to create a positive and respectful environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service. 8. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services, I do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make it right. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. I Lacy Garza have a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment! If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly contact me at (806) 283-1633 as soon as possible to reschedule. If the 100% cancellation fee is not paid you will be banned from booking until the fee is paid.
